PHOENIX — She’s the scene-stealing redhead who always has something slightly inappropriate to say on the ABC show “Cougar Town.”
Carolyn Hennesy, who also has played Diane Miller on “General Hospital” since 2007, stopped by to chat with 3TV’s Javier Soto Wednesday morning.
Not only has Hennesy writer a New York Times best-seller about characters from “General Hospital” (“The Secret Life of Damian Spinelli”), she also is the author of a series of books for tweens featuring a young Pandora. Yes, that Pandora — the one with the mysterious box.
While in town, Hennesy, a lover of animals and friend of frequent 3TV guest Dr. Grey Stafford, spent the day at Wildlife World Zoo and Aquarium.
“We spent all day yesterday petting otters, looking at manta rays and looking at albino crocodiles,” she said. “We had a fabulous time.”
“Cougar Town” returns for it third season in early 2012. Hennesy also will be making an appearance on HBO’s “True Blood.”
